At Pure Heritage, we use only high-quality, natural ingredients—but even the most gentle formulas can affect individuals differently.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially with products containing essential oils.

Shipping Notice
Because our balm is 100% natural and completely free from synthetic stabilizers, it may soften or melt slightly during shipping—especially in warmer weather or hotter climates.
Not to worry. This won’t affect the quality or performance of the balm. If it arrives soft or melted, simply allow it to rest at room temperature—or place it in the fridge for a short time (10-15 minutes). Once re-solidified, it will return to its smooth, nourishing texture and work just as beautifully as intended.
Tip: During summer months, we recommend opening your balm carefully and storing it in a cool, dry place for best results.
